Understanding your score

What the readiness score means, how it is calculated, and why it can change.

Your readiness score, from 0 to 100, sums up how well search and AI engines can read, understand and trust your site.

  • 85 and up: in good shape; a few fixes will sharpen how AI describes you.
  • 65 to 84: AI engines can read you, but gaps make it harder for them to recommend you.
  • 45 to 64: serious issues are holding you back.
  • Under 45: AI engines and search struggle to understand or recommend you.

If AI search crawlers cannot read your site at all, the score is capped at 45, because nothing else matters until that is fixed.

Each category is scored separately and weighted: AI crawler access counts most, then crawling and indexing, on-page, structured data and trust. The methodology has the exact weights and every check.

Why did my score change? Your site changed, the number of pages we read changed, or a check that could not finish last time finished this time. The history view shows what moved.
