Your account and data

How to sign in with an email code or Google, export everything we hold about you, and delete your AI Search Analyzer account for good.

  • Sign in with Google or with a code we email you. Accounts are matched by email, so both methods reach the same account.
  • Sessions: Account, Sign-in and sessions lists where you’re signed in, with sign out on each device or everywhere.
  • Export: Account, Your data, Download export saves your sites, audits, findings, fixes and settings as one file.
  • Delete: Account, Your data, Delete my account cancels any subscription first, then deletes your sites, audits and reports after 7 days. Sign in again within those 7 days to cancel the deletion.
  • Email preferences: every email has a one-click unsubscribe, and Account, Emails sets each type.
  • Region: AI Search Analyzer is not offered in the European Union or European Economic Area.

Feedback or a problem

Open the menu under your name at the top right and choose Feedback or report a problem. Pick what it’s about (something broken, an idea or a question), tell us in a few words and press Send. You can include the page you were on and your browser, which helps us reproduce a problem. A person reads every message and replies to your account’s email, usually within a day.
