Plans, billing and refunds

How AI Search Analyzer plans, renewals, upgrades and cancellations work, and when a payment can be refunded.

  • Plans: Starter, Pro and Agency, monthly or yearly (two months free on yearly), plus a one-time deep report. See pricing.
  • Payment is handled by Paddle, our merchant of record. Charges appear as BaseThread.
  • Change plan anytime from Plan in the app’s menu. The change takes effect right away, prorated by Paddle.
  • Cancel anytime from Plan, Cancel plan. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. If you’d rather pause for a month, that’s offered too.
  • Refunds: a plan’s first payment within 14 days; a Deep report within 14 days until its audit has run; one refund per person. A refund ends paid access right away; your account and reports stay on the free plan. See the refund policy.
  • If a payment fails, Paddle retries it and we email you. Your access continues while it retries. Update your card from Plan, Update card and invoices.
  • After you cancel, your account moves to the free plan when the paid period ends. Nothing is deleted: extra questions, keywords and competitors stay saved, and scans use the first ones your plan includes. Subscribe again and everything is back as it was.
  • What each plan includes: Plan and billing shows what you have beside what the next plan adds, and every plan side by side. Features from a higher plan appear in the app grayed out with their plan badge, so you can see what they do before you upgrade. On a paid plan, the badge stays on the features your plan unlocked.
  • Monthly limits (re-scans, deep audits and Ask AI why on the free plan) reset on the 1st of each month, and we let you know in the app and by email when one you used is back. A scan that can’t read your site doesn’t count against them.
