Refund Policy

Free use requires no purchase. There’s no free trial of paid plans; the free account serves that purpose.
Who decides: Paddle, our merchant of record, processes refund requests under its refund policy and buyer terms. Use the link in your Paddle receipt or email hello@aisearchanalyzer.com and we’ll escalate.
Plans: your first payment for a plan (monthly or annual) is refundable within 14 days of purchase. Renewals and later subscriptions aren’t refundable; cancel anytime instead.
Deep reports: a one-time Deep report is refundable within 14 days of purchase until its deep audit or a re-scan has run. Once the report has been delivered, it’s final.
One refund per person: we refund each person once, across all their accounts and email addresses.
Method: approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
Access after a refund: a refund ends paid access right away. Your account, sites and past reports stay, on the free plan.
Canceling: a subscription keeps access until the end of the paid period, with no further charges.
Statutory rights: UK and other consumers may have additional cancellation rights that this policy doesn’t limit.
