Client sites
- You confirm you’re authorized by your clients to analyze their sites and share results with them
- You’re responsible for your agreements with your clients, including how you describe and use our results
White-label reports
- You may present reports under your brand to your clients
- You must not claim to have built the underlying technology in a way that misleads, or present results as guaranteed outcomes
- Free-tier reports carry a “Powered by AI Search Analyzer” mark that you may not remove
Embeddable audit widget
- The widget runs a limited scan for visitors to your website and sends you the lead details they submit
- You’re the controller of lead data collected through your widget; we process it on your behalf to deliver the scan and the lead to you
- You’re responsible for your own privacy notice and any consent your visitors’ jurisdictions require
- Widget scans count toward your plan limits and follow our Acceptable Use Policy; we may throttle widgets that generate abusive traffic
Data processing
