Is there a free trial?
The free account is the trial: a full deep audit, what 5 AI tools say about you, and your top fixes, with no card. Paid plans add weekly tracking, more AI questions with all 4 tools searching the web, and the full fix kit.
What is an AI question?
A question your customers ask AI tools, like "best coffee roaster in Portland". We ask ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity on your behalf and record whether they name you, where, and who they name instead. Your audit writes the questions from your site; you can change them.
How is a paid AI check different from the free one?
On paid plans every AI tool searches the web, the way people use them today, and each question is asked two ways. On the free account ChatGPT and Perplexity search the web and Claude and Gemini answer from memory, once a month.
What is the AI fix file?
One private link with everything your latest audit found: every fix in order, the exact pages, steps for your platform and how to check each one. Paste it into ChatGPT, Claude or Cursor and it can work through the fixes with you. It's included on every paid plan and with a Deep report.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, anytime. The new plan starts right away, and Paddle charges or credits the difference for the rest of your billing period.
Monthly or yearly?
Yearly costs the same as 10 months, so 2 months are free. Everything else is the same.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. After that your account becomes free: your sites, history and questions stay, and sites past the free limit become read-only until you're back.
Should I buy a Deep report or Starter?
The Deep report ($19 once) is a one-off: one site, a deep audit, 30 AI questions with every tool searching, and 2 re-scans in 30 days to fix and verify. Starter ($9 a month) watches one site every week, with alerts and history.
Do you guarantee rankings or AI mentions?
No one can. We show what AI tools and Google see today, what to fix, and whether the fixes worked. Scores are estimates from samples at a point in time.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and there are no further charges.
What's your refund policy?
A plan's first payment is refundable within 14 days. A Deep report is refundable within 14 days until its audit has run. One refund per person. Cancel anytime and you keep access to the end of the paid period.
