How the SEO checker works
We crawl up to 50 pages of your site the way a search engine does, then run 157 checks and Google's own test on your homepage. Each check either passes, fails or can't be measured, and we never guess: if we can't measure something, we say so.
Results come back as six areas, each with a score, the things you already do well, and the issues to fix, with the steps for your website platform. See every check on the methodology page.

Is it free?
Yes. The check is free with no sign-up, and a free account unlocks every finding and its fix.
