What is answer engine optimization?
AEO, or answer engine optimization, is shaping your pages so an answer engine picks them as the answer: the featured snippet, the source in an AI Overview, the business ChatGPT names. In marketing it usually means writing around the questions customers ask, with the answer stated plainly near the top, and making sure the crawlers behind those answers can read the page.
